Synosia’s major licensing deal with Roche was selected as winner of the BioBusiness Network 2007 Innovative Bio-Partnering Award for Pharma-Biotech partnerships and a finalist at the Scrip Awards Licensing Deal of the Year.
The BioBusiness award recognised the flexible and innovative deal, which included five compounds from Roche, allowing Synosia to launch with the breadth of a clinical-stage pipeline that many companies never achieve. For Roche, the deal provided the potential return of key drug candidates to its portfolio with no additional risk, as well as a potentially large financial return for both companies.
